The mountboard chosen is usually a smart charcoal grey as this works well with all belt and graphics colours. We normally use a slightly lighter granite grey when a black frame is chosen.

The most popular kanji graphics colour is amber which is a traditional colour for martial arts belts. This is also often referred to as orange or golden brown.
