All orders are manufactured to customer specifications. Cancellations of orders is only possible when work has not commenced. Cancellation must be made in writing, either in a letter or by email. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order and if the item has not already been manufactured, we will remove your order from our system.

Delivery Times

Most deliveries are made within three weeks from date of order. If we cannot meet that delivery date, we will offer a new date, alternative product or a full refund.

Payment

We now accept payment by PayPal. Payment can also be made by cheque.

Pricing

All prices quoted by us by email will state the cost for the actual item and a cost for postage and packing. All prices quoted are valid for 14 days. VAT is not payable as we are not registered for VAT, nor will you be able to reclaim VAT.

Returns Policy.

All items are bespoke and are made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept returned items unless they are incorrectly manufactured or faulty. Please email or phone us within seven days of delivery. Proof of delivery is required for all returned items. We will reimburse the cost of delivery of faulty or incorrectly manufactured items. The protective coating that is on all frames supplied with acrylic safety glass must not be removed or tampered with.

We will not pass on or sell any of our customers details to anyone else.
